The boardroom features 3 HD televisions, which connect via a single HDMI cable. 1, 2, or all 3 can be turned on. Content is mirrored.
A USB webcam connection is available, along with the HDMI cable, at the main TV stand. Ethernet is also available.

A Dell laptop is available by request only.

A Meeting Owl is available by request only.

Table setup

The boardroom can hold 32 people in a cluster style set up, and 24 people in a boardroom set up. A Polycom conference phone is available, with satellite microphones.

Power connections are available at the centre of the table.

HDMI and Ethernet connections are available from the centre of the table by request only.

The room can be divided into smaller sizes depending on the needs of the group. Please inquire for more details.

Televisions 2 and 3

Television 2 (pictured above) and 3 (pictured left) can be turned on so attendees on any side of the table can follow the presentation.

lighting

10 light switches are available, for added control over the light during the presentation.
